fragile Kendama Angels is a project started in August 2022, inspired by a traditional Japanese game called Kendama.
Kendama's shape reminds me of angels. Unlike the real playable kendamas, these hand-crafted ceramic kendamas are fragile and unique. Ceramic is both strong and fragile, giving kendama angels more contrast.
At the same time, I am also experimenting with the combination of different muds and glazes through this project. The project is still on going…
脆弱剑玉天使 是一个始于2022年八月初的计划，灵感源于剑玉，一种传统的日本民间游戏。
剑玉的外形让我联想到天使。不同于剑玉本身的可玩性，这些手工捏制成的「脆弱剑玉天使」是易碎的、脆弱的、独一无二的。陶瓷本身既坚固又脆弱的特质，赋予剑玉天使更多的反差感。
同时我也通过这个项目进行着不同泥巴和釉色的组合实验。 该项目正持续创作中......
